Check Seal™ 22AB is a two-component, catalysed sealant that cures to a rock hard consistency and delivered in pre-measured kit for easy application. Both components are mixed then applied with a high presure lubricator or sealing gun. The sealant is used in industrial applications, including sealing flange gaskets, valve stems, drain plugs and couplings. It can also be used in conjunction with sleeves, clamps and pipewrap applications.

Temperature range : from -45°C to +204°C
Limitations : Use only within the temperatures range from -45°C to +204°C; Do not use on oxygen services.
Appearance : colorless and yellowwish viscous liquids
Injection characteristics : it flows well at a filling pressure of 34.5 bar; flows well with minimum hydraulic pressure; may be poured directly into the place
Cure : cures to a rock hard consistency
Long term changes : no long term changes during operation
Storage : in a dry place at temperature below +21°C
Shelf life : 2 years
Packing : kits by volume of individual components
The sealant is suitable only for industrial use by trained personnel according to the local regulations and employer requirements. Some chemical additives contained in steam or boiler feed water may prevent curing of the sealant.
