PLIDCO® Flange Repair Split+Sleeve is used to fully encompass a flange set (flange joint) stopping the leak by sealing on the pipe beyond the flange welds. It is used especially to repair leaks on circumferential welds between the pipe and the flange, or if the flange itself is damaged. It can cover a wide variety of flange types and classes.
The PLIDCO® Flange Repair Split+Sleeve is easy to install without pipeline shutdown. If necessary, the Flange Repair Split+Sleeve can be additionally welded on the pipe while line is in flow.
