(hereinafter referred to as "SEPS" or "provider") in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, cancelling the directive Nr 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as "the Regulation") and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data and on amendments to certain acts (hereinafter referred to as the “Act”).
